Now, your conference can generate an automatic, customisable PDF invoice each time someone registers. And you can customise your invoices by adding details, like payment Ts & Cs or a billing address, in your Registration Hub's manage panel.
Collect PO numbers
Sometimes organisations need a purchase order (PO) number before they'll process an invoice. Delegates can now add their organisation's PO number when they register and it'll appear on their invoice.
Delegates get a clear billing record
Delegates also get a billing record which gives a full breakdown of payments and changes, as well as their live balance. And they can send a copy to whoever needs it.
Filter submissions by who's registered
We've also added a new filter to your Programme Hub which makes it easier to keep your ducks in a row. Before you add a submission to a session, use the filter to check if 1 or more of its presenters are registered.
